Throughout my 14 years of teaching Pilates, my desire to create a sanctuary of well-being has always been a driving force. I started out by helping clients one at a time at first, until I opened my first studio and was able to help hundreds in a bigger space. Teaching teachers and building a dream team of coaches allowed us to grow and exponentially increase our outreach and positive impact on thousands! This mission held even greater significance due to my personal background. Having migrated from Armenia to Los Angeles at the tender age of 6, I underwent a life-altering transition. Everything was different, and though I was thrilled to explore this new place, I often felt like an outsider. There were countless unfamiliar things to absorb, and acceptance wasn't always readily granted. Yet, these challenges molded me into the person I am today. I wholeheartedly embrace my unique perspective and aspire for others to never experience the sense of being an outsider in a new environment.

Welcome to V Studios, a haven for wellness where the mind and body intertwine. I believe that V Studios fulfills this purpose. Recognizing how daunting it can be to step into a gym or attend a new workout class, especially when facing the Reformer for the first time, I sought to create an environment that would alleviate those concerns.

That's precisely why V Studios is adorned with bright and inviting interiors and staffed by a warm, passionate team that fosters a sense of community. It is a gathering of kindred spirits who are continually striving to become the best possible versions of themselves.

Our community understands the significance of prioritizing self-care and replenishing one's own cup before tending to others. Each class will not only leave you feeling transformed, but you will also forge connections with new friends who are embarking on a similar journey. This camaraderie holds immense value for me.
