Our custom machines are meticulously crafted for V Studios, guaranteeing an unparalleled Pilates journey with enhanced movement flow, optimized sequencing, and seamless transitions for the ultimate Pilates experience. Our passionate teachers will take you through a high-intensity, low-impact workout using a range of slow, steady, conscious movements to condition your core and lower body muscles, motivating you to discover your true potential and meet a more powerful you. 

We offer Visionary (for beginners) and Victorious (for intermediate level) classes which include a warm-up, full body workout and a stretch at the end. Whereas, our Vitality class is all about stretching, meditation and the power of breathwork - the perfect complement to Visionary and Victorious. Together they’re a transformative powerhouse for not just your body but also your mind, AND you’ll have fun while doing it!

INTERMEDIATE FULL BODY — 45 MINUTES

Victorious

Here at V, we celebrate the small wins and the big wins. Your commitment and dedication (even on the days when you didn’t feel like doing it!) have taken you to the next level…literally!

Our signature Victorious Class will build on the foundations you’ve mastered during our Visionary classes and layer in new intermediate exercises for that extra challenge we know you’re now ready for.

Think faster flows and longer holds and pulses.

Whilst we recommend this class for our intermediate / advanced clients, everyone is welcome to attend! Just speak to your instructor before the class starts and let us know if you’re new.

BEGINNER FULL BODY — 45 MINUTES

Visionary

We know you have a vision and it all starts by taking that first step. Our signature Visionary class encourages you to do just that. In this class you’ll learn and master the fundamentals and proper form required to execute each exercise effectively.

Think think slower flows, shorter holds and less variations

Combining strength, endurance, alignment and stretching, it’s a full-body conditioning workout which will leave you feeling strong, confident and energized. If you're intermediate or advanced, this class is a helpful refresher for you too.

STRETCH + MEDITATION — 45 MINUTES

Vitality

Our Vitality class is the perfect place for those who want to press the reset button for both body and mind. They are a perfect complement to the hard work which you’ve put in during our Visionary and Victorious classes.

It’s 45 minutes of deep stretch poses to improve your mobility and flexibility, helping to improve alignment and prevent future injuries. Through the power of meditation, we’ll calm the body and mind. This will help to reduce anxiety and stress, so that you’ll finish each class walking taller, feeling more agile and at peace in body and mind. 

Breathwork is a key component of every class. Coordinating your breath with the movements, you’ll enhance the mind-muscle connection and improve the effectiveness of each exercise. Nasal breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system supporting rest, recovery and digestion. Other benefits include better blood flow throughout the body and higher oxygenation levels on the brain, and so much more.
