Welcome to your
happy place.

We’re a science backed Reformer Pilates Studio situated in the heart of Calabasas, Los Angeles. A wellbeing haven which we’ve created to transform our client’s lives both physically and mentally through the transformative power of Pilates. Each class is 45 minutes to escape your busy lifestyle, and focus on you.

Our contemporary studio is a breath of fresh air as soon as you step through the doors - a light and airy space which encourages you to let go. At V, everybody is welcome.

Our workout is the first of its kind! Our machines are custom-made for V Studios to provide the ultimate Pilates experience, affording easier flow of movements, effective sequencing, effective muscle recruitment and faster transitions.

Our passionate instructors will take you through a high-intensity, low-impact workout using a range of slow, steady, stabilizing, and mindful movements to condition your full body. Breathwork is a key component of every class and we will focus on helping you find your power and strength through your breath.

Coordinating your breath with the movements, you’ll enhance the mind-muscle connection and improve the effectiveness of each exercise. Learning to take control of your breath even goes beyond the studio and you may find that you are better able to manage daily stress and anxiety better in your daily life by just breathing with intention.

Come as you are, leave transformed.

Our Classes

We offer Visionary (for beginners) and Victorious (for intermediates) classes which include a warm-up, full body workout and a stretch at the end. Whereas, our Vitality class is all about stretching, meditation and the power of breathwork - the perfect complement to Visionary and Victorious.

Together they’re a powerhouse for not just your body but also your mind, AND you’ll have fun while doing it! Because it’s not always about looking good, it’s about feeling good.

Our mission is to empower you to be the healthiest, happiest you in and out of the studio.

Ode to Joseph Pilates

The visionary pioneer behind the Contrology method that we practice in our Pilates classes today, was Joseph Pilates. Born in Germany in 1883, he had a sickly childhood and worked on improving his health and strength through fitness and bodybuilding. It was during World War I that he developed the Contrology system, whilst interned in a British Camp. He taught these exercises to his fellow internees during the war, and once the war was over he moved to New York City, opening a studio to teach his method to others.

His series of exercises focused on developing the mind-body connection and developing strong, flexible muscles through controlled movements. These movements have become popular the world over and have helped both the mental and physical wellbeing of countless individuals.

Joseph Pilates' contribution to the fitness world is immeasurable and his legacy lives on in all those who choose to practice and teach his method today.
